Welcome back to the Fully Nourished podcast, a place to explore where female physiology and feminine energy dance together to shape our life experience. I'm your host, Jessica Ash, functional nutritionist and integrative health coach and I'm inviting you to journey with me through both the scientific and spiritual facets of what it looks like to awaken our feminine radiance and become deeply and fully nourished despite living in a society that is increasingly desperate to erase our female set-apartness. You ready?

As a reminder, everything in this podcast is for education and inspiration only and is not intended as medical advice. Please talk to the appropriate professional when necessary. And please use common sense before making any changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Welcome to Episode 25. I hope you really enjoyed last week's episode, episode 24 with Belinda, as she added some new facets for us to the diamond, which is the feminine energy and female physiology. And I hope it just had kind of added some, some paint brush strokes to your overarching painting. I think a lot of us when we learn new information, we often act as if it's a just coming in and just burning our current framework to the ground, where anything new, any new input or any new information can kind of sometimes just make us feel like it's a threat to the old information or the information that we hold so dear to us. And I like to propose a different picture, how a lot of times learning is more about just almost you have life is these missing puzzle pieces where you're starting to see glimpses of what the picture is. But you still have many pieces to fill. Same thing as a painting that is incomplete and there's many white spaces. And so each thing you learn kind of unpeeled a layer or adds a new layer to what you already know, it adds more nuance and more complexity, which should bring simplicity if we're in the right energy state.

So this episode is actually a piggyback off of the last solo episode I did, Episode 23, where I was just talking about, you know, how kind of things are shaping up in the health and wellness industry and the feminine collective is shifting, women are shifting, almost being forced to change. I think some of them, it feels like a little bit against their will. But unfortunately, you can't fight the energy of a collective, especially if many women are shifting their energy, you're going to feel the residual effects of that because we don't function as a vacuum. And we're actually much more connected to each other than we think we are. Especially if we're constantly marinating on that information. And we're constantly spending time in people's space, whether that be their online space, or just their space and their presence. It is impacting us, and we are impacting them. And so I actually got a DM from a follower who I really appreciate some of her insights on just the feminine nature and she shared a few things with me, you know who you are. Thank you so much for listening and sending those tidbits. But she had requested and said, Can you touch a little bit more on the implosion of the health and wellness space? And I was thinking today, what am I going to say because there's so much going on. And it can feel like especially if you're immersed in the health and wellness world, and you're somebody who has been stuck in the toxic cycle of chasing anything outside of yourself to fix you, you maybe struggle with some very serious of severe health symptoms, which is what got you involved in the health and wellness space.

But what happened along the way is you got stuck on the hamster wheel of trying to chase new things to fix about yourself. And oftentimes ignoring the deeper underlying patterns, behaviors, thoughts, belief systems, that are driving these symptoms in the first place, keeping us in a state of, I guess the fancy word right now is “dysregulation,” in a constant state of dysregulation. But what I see it is a little bit deeper. And a lot of us try to fit inside of these boxes and these frameworks constantly. We're constantly kind of chasing a new framework or a new belief system. This goes even deeper to this kind of authoritarian theme and dogmatic theme that we find in not only the health and wellness industry, as we've talked about. But I've also touched on how religion and religious dogma and religious authoritarianism and governmental dogma and governmental authoritarianism, where we kind of just have this idea of, we follow who's in charge, we don't ask questions. And if we ask questions, we're going to get in trouble. We're going to get punished, right? We do this same thing with God. We do the same thing with the government. And we do the same thing with these health authorities as well oftentimes, and then you add the layer of many of us I would say that the health and wellness space is one of the most it's going to impact the most dysregulated people, especially women. And it is primarily women, I would say. I feel like the health and wellness space is dominated by women, just women are more careful about their health and more conscious about their health. I think their bodies are maybe a little bit more sensitive to stress. And so they're noticing it earlier. A lot of them have children. And so they're wanting something better for their lives and their families, which is part of the gifting of the feminine. So I think it's natural and normal.

The Effects of Dysregulation

But when a woman is dysregulated, or in a low energy state, a state of cellular imbalance, her sense of perception is very different. Her ability to perceive the truth and see reality from I guess, non reality, can be very difficult, because when you start seeing through the glasses of “I am trying to survive from day to day to day to day, I am only focused on information that is important for my survival,” you are going to actually start to live in a reality where certain new bits of information are actually a complete threat to your survival. If you're living in that constantly dysregulated state where you're in a state of hyper reaction, or hyper vigilance or hyper scarcity, where you have kind of locked yourself in a box trying to just conserve your resources and protect them and hoard them, and not give them away, but not take any more. You're very rigid and non flexible, I think that's where we often get to a place where we can be very physically rigid, where we're calcified, and we're hardened. But we're also very mentally, emotionally and spiritually rigid as well, where we see things from a very dogmatic viewpoint. Everything is in a kind of a black or white extremist, right? It’s one side or the other, there's not a lot of nuance here, there's not no room for complexity here. Because that is a threat to your survival.

If you're seeing through the lens of perceiving everything as is this going to help me survive or not, then you're going to have a very hard time deciphering through information, sifting through information, and every bit of new information you feel is either going to destroy you, it's going to cause a complete collapse, it's at least your body's perception of it, or you're gonna want to fight it like you're gonna want to defend yourself that state of fight or flight, or you're just going to try to avoid it.

So let's not get into the complexity of that I can't handle the complexity of that, or you're just gonna freeze, you're gonna completely freeze and just shut down and procrastinate about learning about it, just not even just avoid it till you absolutely have to. All of these are signs of being in a state of dysregulation. And I think that's one of the biggest problems that's happening today is it's not the amount of information that is available to us, that's actually a blessing. That is amazing. We live in this time of just so much abundance, where you can literally learn how to do anything. With just a touch of a few buttons, it's at your fingertips, yet, we don't use it appropriately or correctly, because we're not in a state of being able or having the capacity to do that yet. And so that leads us to, I guess we can call it the War of the Influencers, the implosion of the health space, liver gate, there's lots of things going on, that make the health and wellness space feel very chaotic, and like it's falling apart. And people are either one of two things, right, they're gonna keep going on their merry way, and they're gonna double down, they're going to continue to get more authoritarian, more dogmatic, because they just don't have the capacity to expand beyond that. That's okay, the trash is going to take itself out, we're going to start to become aware of it, we're going to start to be like, you know, when I learned from this person, it feels really wrong. In my system, like I get put into a state of fight or flight really quickly. And there's something to that, and I'm gonna listen to that. I'm gonna listen to my body on that one.

So we have the double downers. So we also have the, like, biohacker, hyper optimizers, which I guess can sometimes fit in or be lumped into the double downers, I mean, anyone can double down. We see this all the time in different ways. But the hyper optimizers are going to continue to just kind of say, you know, we got to continue to just get our bodies better and better and better and better. Just keep focusing on the physical just keep doing it, keep tweaking everything and looking at the data and continue to just data-fy your life into oblivion until you are a robot and not a person. And you cannot function if you don't have your Oura data or your whoop data, or your continuous glucose monitor data. And I think we're starting to see that side of the fork is growing and getting stronger that kind of always been very strong. They're just getting more militant about it and just more dysregulated about it really.

And then we kind of see this new quantum space rising up where it's, it's all about structured water and sunlight and like you can eat sun and you can fix just about anything if you just lower your carbs, balance your leptin levels, get enough light input and balance yourself with nature in the sun. And then we also have this new space I kind of rising out of the I feel like the pro metabolic space, where it's like people are now all about, like the copper toxicity and the vitamin A toxicity, which has been kind of brewing a storm that has been brewing for a while. But now it's just exploding to light, because of what I call “liver gate” where, if you know, you know, but if you don't know, pretty much on Instagram, I think I touched on it in the last episode, people are taking desiccated liver and realizing like, oh, maybe I shouldn't be pounding desiccated liver every single day. And instead of, you know, some women, I am hoping are learning the lesson of we cannot look at an outside source to fix us, we cannot constantly be chasing something outside of ourselves to fix us or tell us how to fix ourselves. Influencers and information on social media, and even outside information in general are all helpful inputs if we're in the right state of being.

But if we're not, and we're again, seeing from that lens of scarcity, that lens of survival, that lens of everything is life or death, right? Like I'm going to hop on this train right now, because I'm desperate for change, or I need to survive, I need it to survive. And this can be small, like I need to, oh my gosh, I have SIBO or oh my gosh, I have Candida or oh my gosh, I have XYZ thing. And now I need to fix it, I'm going to throw all these things at it. And then when it doesn't work out, there's a kind of “you hurt me” like that hyper vigilant starts to set in again, where there was a state of hyper apathy where they were just kind of going along for the ride, doing everything someone told them to do kind of falling into that dogmatic pattern of belief and just looking at someone as their guru. And then when it doesn't work out for them, they jump onto something else as the problem like we see this happening with liver gate where it's like, oh my gosh, now is the copper and zinc balance or vitamin A toxicity, when in reality, a lot of times what is happening, and not always because there's nuance to health, there's complexity to health, is whenever you want to hyper fixate on something that points to our our own internal dysregulation. Whenever we're looking for the thing that is outside of ourselves, that is the cause of all of our problems, or the solution to all of our problems. We are in a state that is not about state of being let's put it that way.

And then on top of that, there's also for whatever reason, a lot of women are very invested in the health space. I think there's some inner workings behind that. But a lot of them take everything that everyone says way too seriously. And again, because they have that altered state perception, they are not getting that what I call, it's one of my feminine pillars feminine pillar five, that honest perception, or that feminine clarity, where you're not seeing things clearly. And so therefore everything seems like it is more life or death, more threatening to your survival than it actually is. And so when we latch on to an unhealthy or toxic framework, what happens because and this is natural, right? You can't beat yourself up about it. It's natural and normal. And this is why understanding the feminine is so important for us women, the fact that we're not taught about ourselves, or we don't even know about ourselves, or this is not something that's talked about or explored is absolutely ludicrous. This is why I'm doing what I do is really, at the end of the day, we touched on this in Episode Five, or actually dove into this and Episode Five, but obviously we're going to continue to expand and build upon the foundations is that the feminine dances within a masculine framework, right? You can think of masculine energy as the architecture or the framework that brings a container for the feminine to come in with her controlled chaos and animate. So it is a co creative process. The masculine brings the actual material structure, the architecture, the structure, the framework, the order, and that the feminine is going to come in and actually bring energy and art and beauty and goodness and divinity and dance within that structure and bring life into it. So frameworks are not bad.

Animating a Framework

But if we don't understand that about our nature, we will continually and always be trying to seek out a masculine framework. Because as much as we live in a society that really praises feminine leadership or female leadership, we have to really understand that leadership is kind of an antithesis to feminine nature. Now women can lead right when they're in their masculine energy. They can lead, they can have vision, they can have direction, they can be super logical and hyper cognitive, but that is not, you know, every woman has a balance of masculine and feminine energy. So it's not to say that a woman can't lead. But what I'm saying is feminine energy actually wants to be led, it is always in devotion of something else. And there can be many reasons why that is, maybe we'll dive into that, in this episode, we'll see where it takes us. But at the end of the day, the feminine is always searching for a masculine framework to animate, and dance within a container to feel safe and to feel secure inside of if you want to look at it that way. The feminine is always seeking the safety of shelter, because her underlying driving force is this desire to be in this co creative process, and to be sustained and nourished in this co creative process. So she can pour out and she can create, and she can dance and she can flow.

So bringing that back to what's going on this kind of feeling of implosion that's going on in the health and wellness industry, I want to remind you that the laws of the universe we've touched on this a few times are order and structure, right? Remember energy begets structure, structure begets energy, they are co creators, co entwined with each other, the energy is going to affect the structure and the structure is going to allow the energy to continue to expand both polar opposites or if there's polarity, they're both equally important in the co creative process. One couldn't happen without the other. But nature is always functioning within a place of structure in order. There’s a vibrancy to it, a life to it, there is a seriousness about it, a magic about it. But there is a natural order to things. So you can see that as kind of the masculine framework. And all the rest, the animation of it is the feminine. And when things don't function within their energetic blueprint within nature, they will implode. They implode on their own.

It's almost like a karmic reaction, where if something goes on long enough, in an imbalanced way, it's going to explode. It's like, I don't know, a car engine that has a piece that's out, that's fallen apart, obviously, I know everything about cars. And over time, the oil starts to drip out. And things start to spin at the improper speed until it just combusts. And this is what happens, we see this happen again, and again, and again, with a nature and then within many things. It's just the natural order of the universe. It's how energy works. And so in nature, there's actually two types of destruction. There is, or you can, you can look at it as reconstruction or destruction, however, you want to look at it, because they're really the same things. Anytime you destroy something, it has to be rebuilt, and it will be rebuilt in a specific way or a new way. And even if you don't rebuild it, a new kind of heirarchy will rise up and rebuild in its own way. So it's just kind of, again, these are kind of laws of nature, or this is the order of the universe.

The Power of Destruction

And so there's two types of destructions in nature. There are what I call explosions, and destructive forces, you see this in forest fires or avalanches, or anything that happens, it just kind of comes in and just explodes things and causes chaos, and then kind of wipes the slate clean or creates a new environment. But there's also another destructive or reconstructive force, and that is the vortex. And it's interesting because the other one really is very explosive. It just kind of causes chaos. And there's not a lot of order to the chaos. But the vortex is different. And I always think of water when it comes to a vortex where the vortex is a very very structured and ordered reconstruction of things. So even if you've learned about water at all, water can be restructured by speaking to it or being exposed to energy or vibrations of your voice or music. Or just simply vortexing it and shifting it around when it's flowing over rocks in streams and rivers. It's being structured all of the time. And the same thing happens on a more macro level, where the vortex is also a” destructive” or reconstructive force.

But in the end things are more structured than they were before. It's almost a feminine chaos, like it's an ordered chaos. It's the feminine and the masculine working together to create something more powerful. So one is dark one is really almost more I would say evil, and it comes to cause chaos and to destroy, but one is clearing the way is almost taking a positive action to create something better, both equally as powerful and both look equally as destructive. However, I see what's going on in the health and wellness space. I almost had a Freudian slip there. I think I can't remember what page it was that I saw it on. Oh, I think it was Cook with Angelica. She said the “wealth and hellness industry” instead of the health and wellness industry. And I thought that was so appropriate, imperfect. It's like, yes, wealth and hellness industry is definitely more like it.

But remember, when you're in that super reactive state, that super reactionary state, that state of survival, that's really shifting your perception of things. If you are still reacting to everything as if it's a threat to your survival, then you're not going to really see the difference behind this. You're what I call, it's the pillar of feminine clarity, your honest perception, your self perception, but also your outward perception is going to be off. If you haven't built that pillar of feminine clarity yet, you're going to have a really hard time seeing the difference between this kind of explosive chaos, like Oh, chaos is just going to be a threat to your existence, it's, it's not going to be like wow, this is this is controlled chaos, there's things coming down the trash is taking itself out. This is everything that we have been hoping for coming to fruition, I've been so confused for so long and so overwhelmed for so long. And now there's clarity coming to the surface, right? Clarity really comes, you really begin to be able to see it for what it is. And when you get into a more, the fancy term right now is regulated state. But I would even go further and say that this is more of a co creative state, when you have built all of the pillars of feminine energetics that you need, which I am going to talk about much more in depth right around the corner, you find that when you're in a metabolically balanced place, when you're not in that low energy state, and you're really living within your cellular energetic potential, or this place of energetic equilibrium, what you'll find is that you're able to stop for a second not just react like oh, no, this is a threat to my being right. What does this mean? For me?

That's really what it comes down to is when you are in self preservation mode, a state of hyper vigilance, fight or flight, scan, hyper scarcity, whatever you want to call it, you're always thinking in terms of, oh, no, what does this mean for me. You’re almost a black hole of self preservation, you're always trying to self preserve, everything is seen through the lens of what is this going to do to me, when you're able to expand outside of that place, and respond appropriately, within your feminine wisdom, you can take a step back and say, I'm not sure what this means for me quite yet. And just let it be. And trust that as long as you set that intention, as long as you're saying, I would like to know more about what this means for me, but I haven't made the decision yet. Your Divine partner, remember you're not in this alone is going to bring you the answers that you seek, the answers that you desire. And you don't have to go out and seek them and find them and search for them and discover a new framework because your current framework feels like it's just being destroyed and utterly destroyed, and your whole world is falling apart. Because here you were putting all your trust in this outward framework, that was actually a toxic framework that was not serving you in the least bit.

And so this was a manifestation of the natural order of things, where if that framework was toxic, if that framework was going to implode on itself at some time or another, you might feel like you're collateral damage. But if you step back, and instead of asking, oh, no, what does this mean for me, but you say, what does this mean for me, this is for me, then you start to realize, okay, you have a completely different perception on life, and therefore, your existence starts to change. So the implosion of the health and wellness industry, which, as you probably saw from my taking a step back from Instagram, and just really I had felt the rumblings of this much earlier than I think a lot of people did. And I because of my hypersensitivity, II don't know what that is, I think we all as women are very sensitive, boldly sensitive, where we have these kind of inklings and these instincts, and they're expressed in different ways, depending on our personality, and what sign we were born and what house we're under. There are many things that impact who we are and the expressions of who we are and our feminine essence. But we all have a sensitivity about us where we can sense the rumblings of what's going on in the collective before anyone else can.

But there have been so many rumblings of what has been going on it was almost something that I'm not I'm not surprised to see it happen. Let's just put it this way. I'm almost like I have this like kind of almost gleeful take on it because as I have done so much work where I'm not, Oh no, what does this mean for me, you know, it's so much bigger than that, and I just I am surrendered to what is happening within the collective because it is God ordained, that's for sure.

Functioning Within the Framework

And the Creator, not the Miss Creator, which I guess would be a whole rabbit hole to go down that I'm not gonna go down today, the real creator of the universe wants to be the framework. And remember, we went over where true healthy masculinity thrives. It is a very generous and doting and loving and wise and intuitive and visionary framework that the feminine can just fall on her knees and devote herself to because she is now safe and secured in the arms of this framework and the architecture of this framework, she is being invited by the healthy masculine to come in and dance within an animate it and beautify it and bring as much goodness and beauty and divinity and truth and holiness that she wants to. And the right frameworks have endless capacity for expansion. Most of us as women, no, I'm not gonna say most of us, all of us, actually, as women are designed to function within a framework. And I don't know why that is, I've thought about this a lot. Some people would just be like, Well, God says that women need to submit to the men. And so therefore that is what it is. And I think that's, I think that's a little bit off.

But when we think about frameworks, and we think about the masculine and the feminine, being two parts of a whole, right, they're polar, they're not opposite, they're more CO creators. And where this comes from, at least for me, as I've really dove into ancient texts that came well before the invention of Abrahamic religions, before Christianity, before Jesus came, before Judaism, before Buddhism, before Hinduism, before the Muslim religion, when we look at even these texts, before these religions were even created, you know, the Sanskrit and the ancient Persian, you see that God is described as both the Great Mother and the great father, and that the Creator, the uncreated Creator, the all benevolent spirit, is both mother and father, because Ahura Mazda, as it's called, as God, or this creative spirit is called and one of the, the texts creates everything in the spiritual realm first in the astral realm, everything is created on a spiritual level first, and that is described as the Great Mother, the spiritual feeling behind the doing the divine parts of us, the holy parts of us, the everlasting parts of us are created by the great mother. And then mosta recreates everything spiritual in the material form. And so the material is a representation or an expression of what's going on in the spiritual realm. Obviously, the creator is both but I think that paints a really beautiful picture of kind of the polarity of the two.

And so if you think of feminine energy and masculine energy as both coming down from the same place, or being two halves of a hole, they're both needed to create, which is what the Creator does, in all his benevolence and all His goodness and all his expansiveness, he wants to pour something out, he needs a container to put this energy into. And so he creates both, right, he creates both the energy and the structure, but they're two halves of the same hole. And then I go, you know, I see it even further is that male physiology and female physiology are now two representations of like physical or material manifestations of this process. Our physiology itself tells the story. And it's been really cool for me as I dove into ancient scriptures, and the history and origins of religion and kind of the just the origins of humans, that I keep finding these same principles taught to me over and over and over again, you know, I can see them in nature. I can see them in my own body and in my husband's body. I can see them in my dog. And I also see them within certain places. You can see it all over the place, it's impossible to deny.

Feminine Purity

So going back to, women are always going to seek something to be devoted to because one of our pillars is holy devotion, or what I call a true feminine purity, purity culture has absolutely bastardized the word purity. But true feminine purity is actually that holy devotion that we have to all the things that we love and care about. It is the ability to completely surrender and soften and open up and kneel in devotion to the framework and the hierarchy of what is before us and the order and the structure of things. And we revel in it so much so that we pour out our beauty into it.

But for most of us, because we don't understand these concepts about ourselves, how our physiology creates certain things within us, certain biological needs that go beyond these are spiritual needs. This holy devotion is necessary for us, we all worship something. And most of us, unfortunately, we worship a very toxic framework, we live in devotion to a very toxic framework. Now this of course, this concept could apply to relationships, right, like living within a toxic framework there, or even more so like a religious toxic framework. But again, these health and wellness toxic frameworks as well, we desperately desire to be devoted to something and live within that holy devotion.

Seeking Safety in the Wrong Places

But unfortunately, for us, if we don't know that about ourselves, we often become prey to these toxic frameworks, where we'll just kind of latch ourselves on to and devote ourselves to something because it makes us it gives us a temporary feeling of safety or a false feeling of safety and security that we're after. That's what we're truly after. Many of us when we're in such a state of dysregulation, physiologically, we are seeking something to make us stop feeling the way that we're feeling. We want to feel safe. And that's what we're really seeking. But unfortunately, due to our expansive nature, if we develop a toxic framework, develop one or fall into one that is too small for us, what begins to happen is we start to feel very stuck. Because we're trying to move, we're trying to dance, we're trying to animate that framework, we're trying to bring rhythm and beauty to it and some complexity and some texture, and feeling and all the good stuff. And when we don't have any space to move around within that framework, we start to really just shut down and this is physical. It will start till our shoulders will start to round, our posture will start to change, we'll start to like clench our hands and clench our jaws and clench our pelvic diaphragms will start to, we'll start to literally start to implode on ourselves or come smaller and more in pain and almost like get into fetal position, whether that be very physically weak structurally, or more hormonally, right, we're just, we're starting to freeze, we're starting to be that animal that's been caught and just falls apart and just playing dead, just utter collapse within this framework, because we can no longer expand as, as women, we actually have endless capacity for expansion. But unfortunately, we choose frameworks that block how far we can expand.

The only framework that will allow us to have endless expansion is an infinite one that is so big, and it's such a big container that it can actually hold endless expansion. And so my answer to the vortex or implosion of the health and wellness industry is Thank God, we are finally here. Things are going to shift. Wherever chaos begins, I always start to I just revel in it because I know that something better is going to take place if we let it if we focus on it. The vortex-like phenomenon that's happening in the health and wellness space is really a purification that's taking place. And it is where the trash kind of takes itself out. The debris starts to settle, sediment starts to settle at the bottom and you start to see the clear water, everyone's really starting to show their true colors. Women are getting a wake up call that unless they tune into their intuition and they truly step into their true feminine power. I'm not talking about like, sticking to the man power. Truly learning your physiology and learning your feminine powers or pillars as I call them, and developing them and sharpening them and nurturing them.

If you don't trust your instincts, and you don't trust your intuition, and you just allow yourself to be put into these frameworks, whatever they are, I don't care what they are, that don't allow for expansion. You will forever be in a place of fight or flight because you're trying to expand outside of this framework but you have developed or devoted yourself to a framework that doesn't allow for your own expansion. And so what is happening within this vortex is an explosion, or a reconstruction of the masculine framework, frameworks are being destroyed or imploded upon, most of us are getting a wake up call, especially women, that we need to operate differently moving forward, we need to move through life differently, because we will live in devotion to something, and many of us have devoted ourselves to something not worth devoting ourselves to.

And I'm gonna leave it at that, but you can use your imagination. But to truly thrive in our feminine energy, and our female physiology, we have to be devoted to a framework, we have to be developed to a certain type of order a certain type of architecture, because without it, it would be absolute chaos, we would have no grounding, no anchoring, because our feminine nature is a controlled type of chaos, right? It's what allows this kind of co creative energy to take place on a physical level on a cyclical level, on a birth and pregnancy level, but also on a more massive societal level. As women we weren't ever really meant to uphold tradition. That's why I think that the trad wife, just the phrase, Trad wife, it's so hilarious to me, because the feminine has never been the upholder of tradition. That's always been the masculine. And we're meant to animate the framework, bring complexity and nuance to it and put our own beauty into the framework to beautify it and animate it and make it meaningful.

You see this even reflected in our menstrual cycle, where, even though there's a kind of a constant dynamic shifting, cycling taking place, where every day is not like the other, there's a shift taking place that is leading us to a point, right, there's this kind of rises and falls, these ebbs and flows. There's never a set or point or a set pinnacle, there's always these shifts, these ebbs and flows, these ups and downs, it still takes place within a framework, there's still a framework to it. You know, ovulation happens around a certain time, certain metabolic processes and physiological processes and hormonal processes are taking place, these cascades are happening almost as if it's almost like a symphony or harmony. I almost look at it as a sheet of music. No matter how complex a song is. There are many different harmonies working together are many different instruments working together to create the song that you hear. And they're actually working together in a very structured and ordered way. Even if it sounds a little chaotic, or it's ebbing and flowing like a song does. I almost look at our cyclical nature as a song back to the universe or song back to nature, where we're taking in inputs from nature in a very structured and ordered way, right?

We have that circadian rhythm where we wake up and we get the sun in our eyes. And then over the course of the day, the sun wanes. So we're getting these cortisol and melatonin outputs. But then on a more Freudian level, we're having these rises and falls on hormones, these ebbs and flows, these physiological shifts taking place. But all of it is supposed to function within a framework. It's not like you just get your period whenever you ovulate, whenever you get pregnant, whenever you have your baby, whenever there's still some structure in order to things, but there's also room for complexity and nuance inside of that. So I look at this episode, as both a teaching I hope you learned something, but also as a warning that if you are starting to see certain frameworks, start to practice awareness on your reaction to that, and also start to practice awareness. If you're starting to seek out or search for another framework to follow many parts of the, I guess we can call it the initiation process, which I talked about, in my healing as initiation episode, which I think was episode 18 is a lot of parts of our healing processes are actually initiation processes, were being initiated into the path of divine femininity or divine feminine wisdom. But if we don't heed it, we keep getting stuck in these you know, you can call it a hamster wheel or whack a mole or one of those like, you know, those like balls you put your mice in, and they just run and run and run, run run. A lot of us get stuck in those places on the hamster wheel because we're so stuck in that hyper reactive state, that state of hyper vigilance, focusing on our next meal and focusing on the next day just getting through the day surviving, that we cannot see anything that's going on outside of ourselves clearly. And then our own thoughts, experiences, belief systems, upbringings add to that complexity there that those layers that kind of hold us back from seeing things clearly.

Conscious Devotion to What Matters

So for many of us, when we go through a process of healing, whether it be spiritual or physical, you know, these journeys that we set out on, oftentimes part of the process is this kind of feeling of chaos and destruction, where a lot of us experience at least one rock bottom during that process where we just feel like everything has imploded and exploded and the only thing left is dust and rubble, and what could I possibly rebuild from this. However, power of the feminine is feminine purity is purification — that is part of the holy devotion pillar. And feminine purification destroys things by both fire and water, the two things that we talked about earlier in nature, the way that nature restructures itself, and it is her way to purify and stay wholly devoted to the framework that she really wants to honor and be devoted to. And when things burn down, and you actually surrender to that, and you trust the process of burning everything down, destruction of all things, and feminine rage as a part of that. Also, burnout is a huge part of that. I feel like burnout is a great kind of accurate depiction of what's going on here, everything falls to the ground, it feels like you're at rock bottom, the only thing left is rubble and dust.

Part of the feminine power of purification, because she is wholly devoted, is to burn it down and rebuild it better. But a reminder is that it is a co creative process, unless you want to take the weight of the world upon your shoulders, and develop your own masculine framework and be in that masculine energy to create your own framework and your own architecture and you do not bow down to anybody. You want to be your own God and worship something else, worship yourself or something else. Because remember, you have to be devoted to something. Or what you can do is surrender and trust that the framework is already built, and you just can't see it yet. And it's your job to become wholly devoted to the framework that matters. I can't tell you what that is, that's something you have to feel your way through. And that's something you have to decide and figure out for yourself.

However, remember that if a framework starts to burn down, and you're still in a state of dysregulation, you're going to feel that you need to jump on to a new framework, and you're gonna find a new framework very quickly to be devoted to, because that's your feminine nature can't deny nature right as sometimes as sucky as it is, we work within the order and structure of which we were given. And we trust in its power. So remember that if you don't find the thing that is worthy to devote yourself to, your frameworks are going to continually implode on themselves until you find the framework that can hold endless amounts of capacity that you're capable of.
